The mission of Theta Phi Alpha is to create close comradeship, to advance educational, social and philanthropic interests and leadership training; to encourage spiritual development and adherence to the highest moral standards; and to promote lifelong bonds of friendship.
As a chapter, we agree that academic excellence is something we strive for everyday. For the past 3 years, the women of Theta Phi Alpha have maintained a cumulative grade point average above a 3.0!!!!
To achieve academic excellence, each sister is required to complete study hours each week; this ensures that each sister is exceeding the minimum 2.5 grade point average to be in good standing with Theta Phi Alpha.

To honor those sisters who excel scholastically ,Beta Epsilon gives out many scholarships,awards, and incentives each semester:
